The Delivery Locker is currently accepting Los Angeles residents for membership consideration. Once selected during this period, applicants will choose which type of membership they prefer and will instantly receive free use of The Delivery Locker benefits and services. Space is limited. Upon approval, we will send you a referral email with a referral code and a link to proceed to the brief application process. Also, if you have not been referred by a current member in good standing but are interested in joining, please let us know you are interested by filling out the form below for further consideration. What categories of personal information does The Delivery Locker collect?
You can view The Delivery Locker website landing page without disclosing any personal information. To access members ONLY areas using The Delivery Locker-provided technology, you must provide some personal information that allows us to identify you and locate your home membership area.

For Inaugural-launch (beta) users, The Delivery Locker collects your name, e-mail address, and home ZIP code from the information that you provide. We also collect and store the Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that identifies your computer or device while it is connected to the Internet). We may also collect demographic data such as your age, sex, and answers to questions about your entertainment preferences and Internet use habits.

For post-launch users, The Delivery Locker also will collect your payment information, such as a credit card number, and your home address. At your option, The Delivery Locker will collect login information for third-party sites to allow you to connect to those sites through The Delivery Locker.

Does The Delivery Locker use cookies or other identifying technologies?
Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent to your Internet browser and stored on your computer or device. Cookies store information about your activities on a website or other platform. In general, cookies can make the Internet more useful by storing information about your preferences. The Delivery Locker uses a cookie or similar technologies to assign a unique token that identifies your computer or device. This token verifies your identity and the number of devices you are using to connect to The Delivery Locker. If your browser is set to reject cookies, you will not be able to store items or schedule a delivery using The Delivery Locker-supplied technology.

How does The Delivery Locker use the personal information it collects?
The Delivery Locker only uses payment information, such as credit card numbers, as necessary for completing a particular transaction. The Delivery Locker uses your mailing address and IP address to verify your home location. We may also use your name, mailing address, and e-mail address to send you offers of new products and features.

While The Delivery Locker does make deliveries to addresses where children may reside, we do not intentionally seek to collect information from individuals 21 years of age and younger, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from children 21 and younger.

Does The Delivery Locker give personal information to third parties?
The Delivery Locker uses other companies, agents or contractors to perform services on our behalf, such as credit card and other payment processing, selecting users for beta testing of our products, and analyzing user demographics in the aggregate for product planning purposes. In the course of providing such services, these other companies may have access to your personal information. We require these companies to agree that they will only use personally identifiable information about you that they have obtained from us to provide us with specific services that we have requested and not for any other purpose.

If we sell all or part of our club, or make a sale or transfer of assets, or are otherwise involved in a merger or business transfer, we may transfer your personal information to one or more third parties as part of that transaction.

We may be legally required to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances.

When you use a third party service through The Delivery Locker website, the third party may collect personal information about you in accordance with its own privacy policy.

How does The Delivery Locker maintain the security of your personal information?
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard personal information in our possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. For example, passwords and other sensitive information are encrypted in transit. We also take steps to ensure that only those Delivery Locker members, agents, and contractors who have a legitimate business reason to obtain access to your personally identifiable information are granted access. We require third parties who perform services on our behalf to use reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information.

When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card information on our order forms), we encrypt that information using secure sockets layering technology (SSL), an industry standard protocol for billing transmission in order to protect the financial information you send us. We store your payment information in encrypted form.

Unfortunately, no security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information and cannot assume liability for improper access to it.

How are changes to this policy announced?
As we update and expand our services, or if there are changes to the law or industry initiatives, we may make changes to this policy. You should check back for updates to this policy from time to time. If the changes result in materially less protection for your personal information than that provided in this policy, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and obtain your consent to the changes. You acknowledge that your assent to the Terms of Use (which include this Privacy Policy) subsequent to any changes made following your initial consent will satisfy our responsibility to notify you.
